Tridium is seeking a Senior Business Team Leader to direct and expand the company's alarm management business for the telecommunications industry. This business leverages the company's industry-leading, Niagara Framework, to provide an IP-based solution that integrates multiple smart devices and subsystems within a facility. This position reports into the President of Tridium and will be located at our Richmond, VA, facility.

In this position, you will lead a team of engineers and project personnel to deliver engineered systems that provide real time alarm monitoring of telecommunication facilities on a worldwide basis. In addition, you will be responsible for all business development and channel management.
Qualifications
Base Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or other technical field.
- 5 or more years of experience leading and managing a team of sales and technical professionals..
- 8 or more years of experience as sales leader with an emphasis on business development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Engineering degree, highly preferred.
- MBA, preferred.
- Successful track record in construction management and service delivery organization
- Experience in building automation or industrial controls.
- Solutions driven thinker.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
