Basic Qualifications:
· Minimum 2 year of technical project experience
· Associate or Technical college degree or BS in Eng.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Knowledge of HVAC, Fire and Security systems, Mechanical system operation and building facilities. Honeywell Installed Systems Product knowledge would be a benefit.
· Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings and diagrams.
· Diagnostics and Troubleshooting skills.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and get things done.
· Communication skills sufficient to deal with co-workers, customers and contractors.
· Ability to work as a member of a team.
· Ability to work independently and accomplish all commissioning tasks.
